Warm and Toasty Ruffles

Falling into Boot Season

Finding boots can be difficult, but I was on the hunt for some good shoes for fall.  I ended up with three choices that I think are simply fabulous:

The r2 Women's Leonie Shoe is a beautiful pair of faux suede slouch boots with a slight frill.  You can see them at every angle and they're on sale for $50 here.

These American Eagle, Morgan Sliver Wedge boots are a totally different style.  The wedge with one buckle are perfect for the fall.  They are under $40 here.

Similar to the American Eagle, these Madden Girls Women's G-Zarahh boots are simple, but have a bit more metal on them.  They can be found on sale for about $45 here.

Smashing Shoes for Men

Men never seem to have great options, but thanks to a guest, I found a nice looking pair of dress shoes that doesn't require an animal's hide. Check out these black dress shoes at one of our favorite shops, Alternative Outfitters, for under $60 here.

Wallet Woes: Thank You Volcom

It's just about impossible to find a professional looking bag for men that's not made of all, some, or at least includes leather in its making.  Kenneth Cole's coated canvas is here to save the day for those men who don't want to use leather - the bag is made of all coated canvas and the embellishments are a leather like trim.  Yes, it really exists!  And you can buy one for a little of $60 here.
